1What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00 and check-out until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may have a cost.
2How much do I pay to confirm?
50% of the total for stays of 2 or more nights and 100% for 1-night stays. The booking is confirmed once the payment arrives.
3Can I cancel?
Free of charge if you cancel or change 5 days or more before arrival. With less than 5 days, 100% is charged for 1-night bookings and 50% for 2+ nights; within that period you can reschedule subject to availability. Card refunds have a 5% processing fee deducted.
4Can I bring my dog?
Yes: 1 dog up to 20 kg per cabin, with a charge of CLP 15,000 per night. Let us know before arrival.
5Is the hot tub included?
Until 30 December 2026, every booking comes with one free 45-minute session. Book a time in advance, subject to availability.
6Do I need a swim cap for the pool?
Yes, it is required. If you do not have one, reception sells them for CLP 2,500.
7What about breakfast?
It is included and served in your cabin.
8Is there parking?
Yes, 1 indoor parking space per cabin, included.
9Can children come?
Yes. Cabins take 2 to 5 guests in total; message us on WhatsApp if you need a crib for a baby.
