Payment to confirm
- 1-night stays: 100% of the total.
- 2+ night stays: 50% of the total.
- The booking is confirmed once payment is received.
- The booking must be paid in full before check-in.
Cancellations and changes
- 5 days or more before arrival: free of charge.
- Less than 5 days: 100% for 1-night bookings and 50% of the total for 2+ nights.
- Within that period the booking can be rescheduled subject to availability and rate conditions, but it is non-refundable.
- Refunds to debit or credit cards have a 5% processing fee deducted.
- No refunds for early departures.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 16:00.
- Check-out until 12:00.
- Early check-in or late check-out depends on availability and may have a cost.
- If you arrive outside reception hours, let us know in advance. When leaving, tell us 15 minutes ahead so we can check the cabin.
- Online reception 9:00 to 22:00, front desk until 21:00. After 22:00, emergencies only.
Cleaning and towels
- Cabins are cleaned every other day: ask before 12:00.
- Each cabin has a hand towel, a bath mat and 1 bath towel per guest. When you ask for a change, we take the used ones and replace the same number.
- You can ask for more toiletries during your stay.
Hot tub
- Until 30 Dec 2026, one free 45-minute session per booking.
- Book a time in advance, subject to availability.
- Please keep to your time slot; if you are late the session may be shortened.
- It is a shared facility, in an area apart from the cabins. Each session is only for the guests of the cabin that booked it.
Heated pool
- Open all year at about 28–30 °C.
- Hours: 10:00–13:00 and 15:00–21:00.
- Swim cap required; reception sells them for CLP 2,500.
- Pool towels are not provided: bring your own.
- Children must always be with a responsible adult. There is no lifeguard.
- Remove make-up, creams and jewellery before getting in. No entry with plasters or bandages, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- No smoking, food, alcohol, glass or pets in the pool, and no diving or rough play.
Pets
- 1 dog up to 20 kg per cabin.
- CLP 15,000 per night.
- Let us know in advance; pets must always be supervised.
- Bring their bed, bowls and pee pads.
- The booking holder is responsible for any damage caused by the pet.
General
- Rates and included services are for the guests registered on the booking.
- Cabin maximum capacity cannot be exceeded.
- No parties or events. Quiet hours 23:00 to 9:00.
- No smoking inside the cabins.
- Each booking needs at least one responsible adult. No outside visitors.
- The hotel reserves the right of admission; breaking the rules may mean leaving without a refund.
- Before booking you must read and accept these policies.
